3P Park, founded by Peter Vanek, serves as a proof-of-concept for the Parks and Recreation industry. Peter hypothesized that if cities and counties in the United States allocate taxpayer funds for new Pickleball courts, why not integrate Padel courts without additional cost? Minor construction adjustments would allow both venues to be offered to the public – free of charge. To that end, 3P Park will operate as a non-profit, striving to maintain the "free to the public" model as closely as possible.
